Agree about Chandler Burks. Before our first game, I called him the Energizer Bunny, and he really is. Hard to believe he is only 5-10, 187.
He was one of the 3 leading rushers today along with Shaquil Terry and Jake McKenzie. Terry scorched us for 120 yards last week, which included one long run. Interesting that he played at nearby McAdory HS, and earned 2nd Team All B'ham Regional, whatever that is. McKenzie was a QB at private school Monroe Academy in Monroeville Alabama. He was converted to FB at KSU.

Summation: The Owls have a HC who can really COACH.

Pretty sure that isn’t the case. Maybe me, but not 8. I think maybe Some don’t realize he redshirted his first year.

Because it's hard to grasp that the best QB in program history is a 2.25 year starter, owns most school records, and has another year to torch folks. Just runs counter to our long-term luck. Glad to have 8 for another season.

We're not looking so far from the next level.

The years of frustration have created an enduring skepticism towards by many (not about whoknows) on the board. We were a few plays from a 10-1 year and still couldn't fill our stadium and those that show act like they're at a library. There are problems, but most of them aren't with the team and coaches, at least not this year. Hopefully, we can build on this year's success and get the most out of our awesome qb's final year with us. Maybe a few more locals will show up and make noise for the team. I traveled hundreds of miles to attend one home game, which is one more game than 95% of the people living within 30 miles of campus. How do we change that? It's not the product on the field, that's good. So what can we do?

I heard Mark Richt & Dee Delaney were spotted in Homewood recently. Probably just an ugly rumor.
