Yeah, and NDSU(the pinnacle team of FCS football) has seven. Easy to see why these 2 powerhouse programs dominate the FCS landscape. Oh wait...…..

Is has never been due to lack of talent.

Found an interesting website recently that adds some context to this discussion. The latest information it had was for year finishing 2017. Its a database the federal government does of athletic budgets by certain sports. In 2017, NDSU football operating budget was 50% larger than SU's. It's not all about talent, just like it's not all about budgets, it takes a combination of things to create a successful, championship program.

That's exactly right, 03. I agree with your point. A good coach can win anywhere. It is all about the talent and how you coach them up and the strategy on Saturday.

Craig Bohl went 104-32 in 10 years at NDSU. He is 35-40 at Wyoming. Somebody feed him the stupid pills?

This is Coach Bohl's 6th season at Wyoming. The school had a total of 2 winning seasons in the previous 6 before he arrived. Since his first two seasons of getting his program installed, Wyoming has NOT had a losing record. Eighteen of those 40 losses were in those first 2 years. Last year they were bowl eligible for the third year in a row and that was the first time in 20 years for that to be true. This year they are again bowl eligible for the 4th year in a row.
Wonder if we could maybe get some of those pills?

What FBS doesn't get bowl eligible, lol. Weve been "bowl eligible" every year under Hatcher besides this one, lol. In year 6 they were 7-5 this and 4-4 in league. Very similar to our season. I think Bohl is a fine coach. My point is there are a ton of factors that go into winning in college athletics.
