Observations: 1. Our records speaks for itself and it’s bad. Change is needed. What change? That’s the question.
2. Bartow would be a lateral move. No private school experience. No private church affiliated school experience. No sustained success. No! Quit hiring names, stop with theory* and hire a proven winner. See example, our lady’s coach. Kudos to Newton for this hire and staying out of her way. Hire a winner and let her do her thing.
*If there is anything we have learned from the Seltzer/Padgett decade of debacle is that everything theorized and put into practice about the program has been a failure. If you were the author of this, what lesson would you learn from this if you were retained?
