Last night had nothing to do with Coach Hatcher's future with Mercer. Coach Hatcher may have a small nostalgic group of followers in Macon, BUT he is not and never was on Mercer University's list of potential replacements for Coach Lamb.

Do you have the list? If so, I'd love to see it.

Oh no, I'm not privy to that, but I do talk to people. Believe me, Coach Hatcher would not be considered, but Drew Cronic would be, but I know that is not news to you.

SU Dog talks to people!
In an imperfect world, absolute truth is divisive. There's no unity in truth. Decide then whether truth before unity or unity before truth?

I'm voting for Willie Taggart.

Well, they do say availability comes before ability

I've held my tongue for too long. Hatcher needs to leave. We need a change of culture at Samford, back to hard nose football. My first call is to Josh Niblett at Hoover.

And for some inexplicable reason I just made a hotel reservation on highway 280 for the night before the Auburn game. My son-in-law bought us tickets.
